Planning

Today I'm in planning mood..so I decided to take a look at the apartments available for September/October..I've got nothing..You wouldn't believe what people are trying to lease..Terrible.

I looked through hundreds of adds..nothing intrigued me..Thank god I have 3 more months to find something..The only thing I know is that it's going to be in Šiška..because I love that part of Ljubljana.I got used to it in the last two years..So if anyone knows of a nice, 2 or 3 room apartment somewhere in Stara Cerkev or Spodnja Šiška..Please let me know =)

So the apartment hunting wasn't a success...I moved on to find a transport to the Venice airport (Treviso) and back to Ljubljana..I mean come on..I can't pay 70 eur for round trip..If I paid 60 eur for the flight form Venice to Girona and back..I don't know based on what they come up with the prices..but I don't like it. I'm really thinking of hitchhiking.but with the luggage and everything I don't now if I'm up for it..

I think I'm gonna wait a little more..and see how the prices change in time..I have three weeks still..so It's gonna be ok..

I just can't wait till 18th June..Waaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Friday the Free Day

Soooo my Friday was f****** GREAT!! ^^  What about yours?
I went to Ljubljana with Jan, because he had to work in Kino Šiška..So first thing I had to do was off course to go visit my agent Polona at MG..I was soooo surprised..well actually I think she was even more..She hasn't seen me since I came form the army..So it was kind off a shock. According to the measurments I lost a few centimeters from the last time I was there...6/7/8 cm.. ^^

After the meeting I wen't to Kino Šiška where I had a drink with Amedea and Antonio..I like chatting..so it was fun for me. It's funny that me and Antonio just met last week..And we were talking like we knew each other for years..When Antonio went to speak for photoart.si-Concert photography seminar, me and Amadea went to her place so she could show me the photos we made for her diploma..They're awsomeee!! (You'll see soon-I hope ^^)..
At 6pm Antonio picked me up and we went to Premier pub..sunny day in the center of Lj!! Ow yeah...I was drinking strawberry wine..It was actually delicious..even for me (usually I don't drink any kind off wine).. Then Edvard joined us. We talked about photoshootings, photographers, models, agents and so on..you know fashion stuff..It was all in the ''spirit of fashion show'' we decided to go in the evening..

Fashion show ''Kristal-no jasni'' was in BTC in front of the Diamant. Three designers showed their collections.. Jessica Jagec, Collection69 and Joel Loyo..Him..I have to say I was totally impressed with..His corsets were amazing..the colours, design..everything..He made my day..And he also had the best models on the runway..Take a look:

Off course after the show we had a little afterparty of our own..First we stayed here and got some fun pictures =P

We drank a few rounds in BTC and then decided to go to Cirkus..But it was still empty..so we went to the pub next to it..and there was live rock concert..Which I loved..You know that true old rockers? And they were good!! After the cops came, and ruined the concert..(i guess we/they were too loud)..we went to grab a bite in Fresco..Pizza burek rocks.

Me and Antonio finished the evening on Metelkova..offcourse..Together with Jan. We lost Nives and Edvard on the way from Fresco to Metelkova. I gave them the tickets to K4..I hope they had fun..

Me, I know I had a great time the whole day..Can't imagine better ''free day in Ljubljana''.

Paradise

Okaay..So in one of my previous posts I mentioned that I might be going back to Cadaques..I am!!! =) With Kristina..We go there from 18. until 23. June..

It is the one of most beautiful cites I've ever seen..I don't usually go to the same place twice..but there are just some places that you never have enough of..And now I'm gonna show you why Cadaques is one of them...

It all started last year, when one of my best friends got a job there..For a whole summer..Off course I realized that that meant we won't see each other..again (she studies in France).. Except..if I went to visit her there..What a great idea that was-thank you Kristina!

I flew from Venice to Girona (40 eur for a return flight ^^)..Off course the plane was late..so I arrived there around 1.30am..Kristina was working so she couldn't come pick me up, and there were no more buses that late..But thankfully Kristina has great friends..and one of them came and picked me up.

First thing I remember about Cadaques is arriving to the top of the hill and looking down to the perfect city..all white in the night..

We met together with the others and drank some cocktails..and went to bed..And then my journey began the next day..When she wasn't working, she took me places, and when she was, she arranged for someone to show me around..Because it's a small city I soon managed to go everywhere by myself..

We ate in great restaurants..Taverna-best hamburgers ever!!! And Haiku-one of the best sushi restaurants-where Angela (the girl we were staying with) worked. The chef/owner invited us to a meal there (again thanks to Kristina)..And it was Legen-....wait for it...-dary!!
I mean I never ate sushi before, and I don't eat vegetables..but that sushi and soja beans were amazing..

Gotta try this amazing food!!

Usually a meal costs around 120 eur per person..But not for us off course.. =) I met tons of people..most of them worked in bars and restaurants..so we didn't really spend that much money on food and drinks.. ^^ Which was great..Plus, we had a free place to sleep..

Every night we went out..to one street where everything happens..Have to mention two bars that we spent the most time in..

Amazing time..!!! Drinking Chupitos and dancing until dawn..Perfection!

Every morning I would go to breakfast and natural juice to Kristinas job..and then..relaxing on a beach..preferably somewhere..with not so many tourists..Like:

Perfect beach..with shadows in the ''caves''..Nobody around but you and some occasional hiker.

I fell in love with the place..and the amazing people who live there..I can't wait to go back to heaven =* =*

In our minds

You wouldn't believe the chaos that is going on backstage, when on the outside it all looks like the most perfect and calm moment in the evening..

Défile <3

Stylists and designers are finishing the look, while hairdressers pull your hair and spray on tons of hairspray..make-up artists repairing your lipstick, other models run around..everybody looking for the right shoes, bras..organizators yelling that it's your turn to go out and someone pushes you trough the curtain..And you step out of that chaos into the light..

Music is playing just the right beat for your most fierce walk..all the eyes turn to you..and you just glide past all people..as if you don't care that they are there,as if you don't care who they are..And the photographers on the end of the runway try to capture the perfect moment of walk..when the dress, hair, arms, legs and face are just in the right position under the light..

You finish the runway, gracefully..and when you're safely behind the curtain..you sigh, then curse, and then you smile...and you start running back, to the next designer..doing all over again all you've done a few moments ago..but to you it feels like hours have passed..And all you know is that you don't want it to end..

Someone seid..your a model if you're barefoot :P

Weekend madness

This whole weekend seems like a very very loooooong day =) It just doesn't end..
On Friday I went to shopping with my girls. We had a blast. I bought my new green snickers, a long summer dress and a few other things..But I'm not so happy because of the things but because I finally got to spend some time with my friends..This didn't happen in a long time now..I missed laughing and gossiping with girls ^^ spent to much time with boys the last few months.

So yesterday morning I went to 11.10 train to Ljubljana..I fell asleep on it..so when I reached my destination I was so lost that I almost forgot to take the pizza I paid =D Not my brightest moment..
When I came to Maxi center where we had our preparations, there were to many people waiting in line for the make-up, so I picked up Nives and Klara and joined David and Edvard on coffee  (ps. Guys you were great company =*)

After the make-up was done we moved upstairs for hair and fitting..I have to tell you that for first time all designers clothes were just right or even too big..Woohooo..Finally I didn't have to stuff myself in the clothes..

The show was Magnifique !! 40 m long runway- IN ONE DIRECTION..so 80m to walk in each exit..There were some moments where we weren't sure we'll make it in time..but we did it..And we were fabulous..Girls and Boys I congratulate you =*=*=*

A looooooong night..I got to bed around 4 or 5 in the morning..Woke up at 10, got to car, drove to Raka (thanks Edvard), eat lunch, drive to Brežice, take a shower, go to work..and now here I am..Exhausted!!! But happy ^^

Hair!

So I got it..New hair colour..Little darker than before..I have to say that Loreal Feria Preference (Mango) is great..it gives you few highlights so it looks more natural.. Depends on the light..But it looks kinda like this:

Run-a-way

Had a great day today..I guess my ''Walk'' kinda improved from last year ^^
I arrived in Ljubljana around 4pm and had a drink with a few really cool ppl..I had quite a laugh =) I like this crowd..It's always fun..
Then we went to rehearsal for Saturdays ''Paris la nuit'' fashion show..There were a few fu***** hilarious moments..hahahha

Can't wait 'till Saturday <3
And then after party at Nebotičnik..ow yeaaah..See you there?

Ginger

I'm looking for a new hair colour..so it got me thinking...off course I'm staying orange..yes..disappointment for all of you who thought I was naturally Ginger..I'm not.. with DNA I only got freckles and not the gorgeous red hair..but thank you Science for inventing a wonderful product that can make my hair look like they do =)

So now I have only a problem of deciding how to colour my hair:

• naturally red-like until now or
• fiercely orange

What do you think? I have only a day left 'till my decision, and then my friend comes to colour me..  I think I'm staying on the Naturelle side..I like that everyone ask me if I'm natural =) For a long time I thought that freckles are the most hideous thing that exists (regarding appearance)..I obviously don't anymore.. Every year I have more freckles and every year I like them more..And I love jokes about gingers..(especially jokes from Jan-a friend of ours) So thanks Jan for helping me embrace my inner ginger =P

Fruit shakes

Okaaay..so my mother in law got a great present this weekend.she wanted it for quite a while now..so now that she got it - I'm using it offcourse =) I'm talking about SHAKE MIXER ..love the thing.. We made a great strawberry shake for breakfast today.. And I'm planning to drink banana shake later today..Sooo many possibilities..

Fruit shakes..my favourite..for now! =)

Which shake is your favourite? I'm thinking about banana-kiwi combination..
Can't wait to try them all..especially now..in summer..mmmmmmm <3

Bistrica ob Sotli

Yesterday we went out. As usually in Posavje, we had no idea where to go..so we drove around...and got lucky with hitting one club Metulj in Bistrica ob Sotli where Carnaval were playing...They were great..More about them (if you like stonerrock): http://www.carnaval.si/

And all the alcohol there is really really cheap..we loved it..So the evening actually turned out really great!!
This was now the second time in last month in Bistrica that we got to know great, very nice people (first was 1st May celebration)..I think that we'll be back..soon ^^

The feeling..when you want to kill someone..hmmm..lets talk about that!

Yeah..today I had..not such a good moment with my co-worker..Never mind that she is always late..or that she tells the boss everything before she tells it to you..or that she has more shifts than all the other employees...no..the fact that the first thing when she comes to work (2 minutes before the end of the shift) isn't saying ''I'm sorry for being late'' or at least ''Hi!'' No..she comes in and says: ''You know that...blahblahblah...the boss knows..

Well..b****..I'm late for my second job..so i don't have time for you right now..It seems like the right response..or what?

I just don't need rude people in my life..ok?

And for kristsake..(this is meant for all of you who work somewhere!!) Come to work 15 min earlier.it's not so hard..especially if you have to change in a uniform..okaaay?
