Thai / Sabai

Last week I started working in Thai center in Terme Čatež. I have to say..great team, great organization, wonderfull uniforms, very good tea and so on and on.. Just A+

But there is a big problem (not becouse of Thai). Until 23. december there was another massage salon on this location..It was called Sabai. It has nothing to do with this new company. The problem is, that there are a lot of people who have gift certificates from Sabai..and they can't use it-anywhere..I mean I'm talking about 100s of euros here..going to waste. After the company closed, their numbers have been canceled..and the stacionary phone on the gift certificates is the same as ours (becouse it belongs to Terme Čatež) ..So people can't even talk to the persons responsable for this..so with who do they get angry? To the person that answered the phone-us..Uffff..I really understand their frustration..But what can I do? Nothing..
I just really feel sorry for everyone..I would at least expect that Sabai would transfer the certificates to Thai or give people their money back..but noooooo..offcourse not.Just another slovenian ''great'' company f****** people over..
